Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), with orders placed after 11:00pm processed the next business day, and processing times possibly extending during high‑volume periods. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and chosen method, and Omerta Apparel may offer free standard shipping on orders over $150+ within the United States, with any applicable duties or taxes for international orders typically the customer’s responsibility. Omerta Apparel ships to US with standard and expedited options, and also offers international shipping to UK, where delivery times vary and may range from 10-20 business days after dispatch; all delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events beyond our control, which do not entitle customers to compensation, though the team will help track and resolve issues where possible.
Once an order ships, customers receive a confirmation email with tracking details, which may take up to 24–48 hours to update, and are encouraged to contact Omerta Apparel within 5 days if an order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost, including the order number, photos, and a brief description so that a replacement, store credit, or refund can be considered under internal policies. Omerta Apparel does not ship to certain locations such as EURO, AFRO, INDO, AWS and some items may carry additional restrictions due to size, weight, or local regulations, as noted on product pages or at checkout.
